The company was originally set up by Mr. Sandeep Jain, the founder member, for undertaking construction & contracting business. The group companies in a short span has launched its various projects successfully in Sonepat, Kurukshetra, Gurgaon etc.
Mr. Sandeep Jain: Managing Director
He is 44 years, qualified Chartered Accountant (Inter). He is having 20 years of experience of Real Estate world & has started his career in the Real Estate sector in the Name and style of M/s. Vardhman & Associates in the year 1996 as a Real Estate Finance Consultant. Later on, he had set up a company along with Mr. Sachin Jain. Now, Mr. Sandeep Jain is the Chairman of “ Shree Vardhman Group” .
SHREE VARDHMAN GROUP is one of the fast growing companies in construction field, and its aim is to grow and highlight the organization at a good level. Apart from this Mr. Jain likes to stick on his commitment and provide the projects in time with the modern and ethnic life style which are suitable for any kind of middle and upper segments.
Mr. Sachin Jain: Director 
He is 38 years old, completed his graduation from Delhi University and has started his career as a Director of M/s Vardhman Associates (P) Ltd., Mr. Sachin Jain also has a rich experience of Real Estate World. Presently, he is working as a Director in various companies of “Shree Vardhman Group” including Shree Vardhman Developers Pvt. Limited, Shree Vardhman Buildprop Pvt. Limited, Shree Vardhman Infrahome Private Limited, Shree Vardhman Township Private Limited, Shree Vardhman Infraheights Pvt. Limited etc., and having 18 years of experience in the market strategy. He is having good tie up with people who are at top level in their business of construction/ Media/ Channels etc. He handles all liaison, legal, Marketing & Finance matters of the Company. He is a dynamic person and looks after all related matters in the organization.
The group has undertaken a number of ambitious projects successfully. Some of the important projects of the group are as under :-
• Group has constructed about 900 flats consisting of 2/3/4 BHK on the land measuring 14.03 Acres on 45 mtrs., wide road in the name of ‘Shree Vardhman Gardenia’ at Sector-10, Sonepat, District Head Quarter of Haryana State. Having over 10.70 lac sq. ft. area.
• Group has undertaken to construct about 1203 flats consisting of 2 BHK on the land measuring 11.262 Acres in the name of ‘Shree Vardhman Mantra’ at Sector-67, Gurgaon, District Gurgaon, Haryana State.Area having over 850,000 sq. ft. area.
• Group has undertaken to construct about 600 flats consisting of 2/3/4/5 BHK on the land measuring 10.881 Acres in the name of ‘Shree Vardhman Flora’ at Sector-90, Gurgaon, District Gurgaon, Haryana State.Area having over 850,000 sq. ft. area.
• Around 50 acres Township with plots, villas, commercial malls and high rise building in the name of ‘Shree Vardhman City’ at Kurukshetra, Haryana State. This project is located at highway G.T. Karnal Road. This project shall be one of the huge project at main highway road. Area 1,25,000 sq. meters approx.
• “Shree Vardhman My Homes” – Independent Floors consisting of approx. 84 Units at Shree Vardhman City, Sector-30, Kurukshetra, Haryana.
• Group has undertaken to construct about 600 luxury apartments consisting of 2/3/4 BHK on the land measuring 10.968 Acres in the name of ‘Shree Vardhman Victoria’ at Sector-70, Gurgaon, District Gurgaon, Haryana State. Area having over 900,000 sq. ft. area.
• A shopping Complex Shree Vardhman Shopping Square’ is also on the unveil in sector-90, Gurgaon.
• A shopping Complex ‘Shree Vardhman Shopping Mart’ is all set on the Golf Course Extension Road, Gurgaon.
• A Daily Shopping Complex ‘Shree Vardhman Shopping Plaza’ at Sector-10, Sonepat (Haryana).
• We have Launched First Affordable Group Housing Project in panchkula namely ‘Shree Vardhman Green Space’ at Sector-14, Panchkula Ext. II, Panchkula (Haryana).in this project we are developing wellit and ventilated 1 and 2 Bedroom apartments spread across 8.3 acres.
• We are Developing a Group Housing Project Namely ‘Shree Vardhman Olive’ at Sector-2, Sohna, Gurgaon(Haryana).In this Project we are developing Luxurious well ventilated 2 and 3 Bedroom apartments, spread across 11 acres.
• The company has planned for upcoming projects in Delhi/NCR like Noida, Faridabad, Dharuhera, Karnal, Panipat etc.
• The company is also planning to develop the schools, hotels, IT Parks etc., along with all amenities & facilities in all our aforesaid projects for the convenience and comforts to customers/clients.
